Welcome to The Holistic Nutritionists Podcast!

Our goal is to help women understand their beautifully complex body, and change their relationship with it from “nasty to nurturing”.

I’ve created this free resource with my beautiful friend and colleague Kate Callaghan (see update below).

If a professional, polished, well-edited podcast is what you’re after…then we’re not for you!

But if you love unfiltered banter, unedited bloopers and authentic heart sharing then we are your ladies. Oh, we also have the most practical tips on holistic health care too 😉

UPDATE: It is with the greatest sadness and heaviest of hearts that I share this news.

My dearest friend, wing-woman, colleague and podcasting partner-in-crime, Kate Callaghan, lost her battle to breast cancer mid-2020. She fought like a fucking champion to the end.

If Kate were here we would be toasting our success with an almond milk latte in hand, giggling in disbelief that we actually made it to 100 episodes.

While Kate’s voice won’t be coming through your earholes in future, her spirit is with us forever. I now have the absolute privilege to continue the work that we started together many years ago.

I would like to say a big thank you to her friends, family and all who contributed to her dedication episode by sharing stories of love, laughter and appreciation for Kate. I am so grateful 🙏🏽
