Sure can! We will help guide you as to why your cycle may be irregular and where you should start to work on improving this.
Yes, absolutely. There are many reasons for not having a period and if you are menstruating age but not currently getting a period this program is a great way to support your hormones to encourage the healthy return of a cycle.
If you don’t have any known fertility issues and are looking for a way to optimise your general health prior to conception then Hormone Rescue is a great choice. However, if you have known fertility challenges, have been trying to conceive for more than 12 months unsuccessfully and/or you want 1-1 support then please check out the 1-1 Consultation Packages HERE.
Throughout the Hormone Rescue course I will be speaking to nutrients and herbs generally that can aid certain hormonal imbalances and common period problems from an educational standpoint.
However, because nutrient/herbal needs and doses are unique to the individual, I would strongly encourage anyone wanting fully personalised supplement recommendations to book in for 1-1 consultations here.
