You can't create anything good from a negative space. It's kind of addictive. So if you get your head right, and when that head is ticking right, you then go, "I'm really loving myself right now." That makes me automatically want to nourish myself with good food. And when you nourish yourself with food, you go, "Oh, I feel so good". It would be such a shame to not go for a walk or do a workout today. And then that self perpetuates because when you do that workout or walk, you then have a good mindset and it feeds itself again. It's this cycle of life, where the more you get into it, one leads to the other. But in life, the reality is, sometimes you might have a shitty mindset, and that mindset will go to binge eating. And that binge eating will lead to not training. And that's a vicious cycle in itself. But being aware of what cycle you're in, and how to break it, is the key.
