Some of you may have period pain but not even identify or recognise that it is actually abnormal. Because period pain is so common, we normalise it. So everyone's experience is different, and I think that's where it becomes complicated, because you only know what you know. You've only been in your body. And so what you know to be true in relation to what your period feels like on a pain level or sensation level maybe vastly different from the next person or vastly different from what we would consider normal.
