THE PODCAST

I do recommend a lot of my clients will do things like regularly consuming apple cider vinegar, for example, which contain the acetic acid, which has a really interesting action against Candida species, in that it can induce cell death for those Candida yeasts. And it can actually optimize fluconazole function, if you are going with an over-the-counter pharmaceutical medicine. It has a really beautiful balancing act on the digestive microbiome as well. And sometimes people will find relief if they use a dilute bath and sit in it.
